Miriam joined JW Wealth Management in 2017. Miriam has extensive experience in administration, education, and nonprofit leadership. Her experience with executives and managers of nonprofits and educational institutions has assisted in facilitating the implementation of systems and increasing our ability to provide quality services for clients. Miriam's primary role is Director of Operations, in which she is instrumental in office management, coordinating technology, and client communication.
Miriam is a proud graduate of William Jewell College where she and her husband, Steve, are involved alumni. Miriam also holds an Educational Specialist in Administration/Superintendency from William Woods University and a Masters degree from Central Missouri State University. Miriam has attended and presented at educational administrative conferences throughout the United States and served as a consultant for educational institutions.
Miriam serves on the Board of Directors for P.E.O., William Jewell College's Woman's Committee, Friends of Pharis Farm, Liberty Giving Circle, and Liberty Youth Ballet Company. She has also enjoyed membership and leadership roles in several organizations including Liberty Hospital Foundation, Independence Junior Service League, and Independence Young Matrons.
Miriam and Steve have been married since 1983 and value their time with their children, Stevie and her husband, Dusty, their children Dalton, Caden, Braxton, and Abrianna; Shane and his wife, Quincy; Lance, his wife Courtney, and their son, Harrison, Laney, and Hallie; and their youngest daughter, Lakie. Miriam enjoys working with young children at church and reading.
